Delivery Instructions: 1. Pack your Playstation 3 up so it is well protected from any further damage, post the main unit only, we do not need the leads or controller unless advised. We recommend you send it via Parcel Force. 2. Include repair info covering letter with a brief description of the fault, plus your return details including a telephone number and email address. 3. Once we have received your PS3 and diagnosed the problem we will contact you for a secure card payment. 4. Once the payment is received your repaired PS3 will be returned to you by Parcel Force. If you require extra postal insurance please state with covering letter.
